Wetherspoon’s Spring Beer Festival is coming to The Bishops’ Mill at Walkergate Durham!
A range of 30 real ales, including five from international brewers, will be available during a 12-day beer festival through March.
The festival will run from Wednesday 4th to Sunday 15th March, inclusive. The overseas brewers are from Brazil, Italy, Mexico, Spain and the USA, with 28 of the festival beers being new to Wetherspoon. It is also the first time that the festival will feature a real ale from Mexico.
Among the festival collection are vegan beers, a range of malt and hop varieties from around the world, as well as beers which include coffee, elderflower, hibiscus and maple syrup in their ingredients. Check out the full line-up here.
Three third-of-a-pint tasters will also be available for the price of a pint.
Tasting notes on all of the beers will be on hand in the pubs, as part of the festival magazine, which also features articles on some of the brewers.
