Pride returned to Durham last month for the annual parade through the city centre – and Walkergate was there every step of the way!
Walkergate has proudly sponsored Durham Pride since its beginning in 2014, providing the beautiful banner which features at the head of the parade through the city centre.
Thankfully, the weather was glorious and sunny as the procession made its way from Palace Green by Durham Cathedral, through the heart of Durham, and past Walkergate to its finish line at The Sands beside the River Wear. Special guests on the day included Steps legend Claire Richards, Gareth Gates, and our very own Durham City Mayor, Cllr Gary Hutchinson!
We challenge you to see a more colourful parade in the county!
