Walkergate Durham welcomed the Arriva Santa Bus on Saturday 6th December to bring festive fun to families visiting Durham city centre for the start of the Christmas shopping season.
Father Christmas swapped out his reindeer and sleigh for the big blue Arriva bus to visit children all across County Durham to check names off his Nice List before the big day. Santa’s elves entertained the young visitors with a range of Christmas crafts and festive face painting to get everyone into the seasonal spirit!
We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came to see Santa at Walkergate, and also to Arriva for bringing the jolly gentleman to the city centre to spread the festive joy across Durham.
