The Bishops’ Mill has unveiled its NEW range of gourmet burgers, each served with six beer-battered onion rings, chips (or side salad on request) and drink, as part of the meal price.
All beef burgers are made with 100 per cent British beef, freshly cooked to order and traceable from farm to fork.
The Big Smoke comprises pulled BBQ beef brisket, American-style cheese, maple-cured bacon, with a choice of beef (6oz beef patty) or fried buttermilk chicken.
Cheese Meltdown features American-style cheese and is smothered with Emmental & Cheddar cheese sauce, with a choice of beef (6oz beef patty) or fried buttermilk chicken.
Buffalo combines fried buttermilk chicken, blue cheese sauce, Naga chilli sauce and American-style cheese, all topped with a spicy chicken wing.
BBQ Stack is a plant-based patty, stacked with onion rings and covered with BBQ sauce.
The Empire State burger, stacks two 6oz beef patties, American-style cheese, maple-cured bacon, red onion, gherkin, ketchup, American-style mustard.
The price of a gourmet burger is £10.55 with a soft drink and £12.08 with an alcoholic drink. (The Empire State is £11.65 with a soft drink and £13.18 with an alcoholic drink).
The buttermilk chicken served at the Bishops’ Mill is made with 100 per cent chicken breast which has been marinated in buttermilk, making the chicken juicy, tender and full of flavour.
